The quality of this wax is poor. The formula is very runny so you will need to add extra layers to remove it and even then you will run into problems trying to remove it as it is very sticky and the consistency of the wax is like chewing gum. To remove the skin I had to use a wad of oil. Wax also does not remove hair. I applied it twice and each time only part of the hair came off. It's not like I'm a hairy person. The hair on my arm is medium. So the problem must be the wax. Second, the wax beans have gotten very soft because I'm just sitting in my house, and my house isn't even hot (it has air conditioning at this time of year). Please don't waste your money on this product. It's not worth it.
