The team at OML are very professional - they always respond quickly (even over weekends!) with helpful suggestions for improvement of my website or app! I have not found any issues so far but when you're new there's bound to be some teething problems along the way; however these can usually be ironed out fairly easily. We've been able to create an online presence that is more engaging than our physical shopfronts thanks to their expertise. They also helped us develop a mobile friendly site which has increased traffic from customers who were previously only visiting via desktop computers.
