I had high hopes for this product. We still love the Nyko Xbox 360 charging station, but this one sucks in a lot of ways. starts charging, and almost always the installation of a second charger interrupts the work of the first. Second, both controllers don't easily fit together - all because of the lack of about 1 centimeter of plastic to conveniently separate them. Third, charging the batteries quickly ran out, so their charge wasn't even enough to power my headsets for 3-4 months after opening the box. It took me over 2 months to find out that my chat headsets only work intermittently and then stop working at all because this charger can't even provide enough power. Even if the device reported that the controllers were fully charged. To sum it up: It is an inconvenient device that cannot easily install both controllers at the same time, does not offer a good and easy contact for charging, and the battery life decreases rapidly. I've ordered a plug and play from Microsoft and I'm looking forward to a Li-Ion battery which will cost me a little more than the 2 NiMHs that come in this pack. Very disappointed in Nyko as we bought their clone Wii and Nunchuk controllers as well as a charging station for Xbox 360. Everything worked very well - the 360 charging station is still working great after over 2 years. One final note: Nyko's customer service was terrible: my only choice was to leave a voicemail and they never answered my many voicemails.
