I like that the rubber bands are open to drive the car. If they lose elasticity in the future, they can be easily replaced. I like that it comes with 3 elastics of different sizes. No need to cut the large ribbon, tie a knot to make a smaller ribbon. I also like some very clever design tricks. In general the car is solid. Despite caution, some parts jumped out of their circuit boards damaged. Luckily I bypassed them. I also found that the small parts (#21) needed to be glued in place for the engine to run reliably. You operate the stoppers (item #15) to determine if the vehicle is moving forward or backward. I've emailed the manufacturer, no response so far.
