If you have an older model it will not fit
If you have an older model; as in 2015, this new filter does not fit. older model; You need to make sure that there is a larger (cent size) hole in the center after unscrewing the cap. The newer models have a small hole (see picture) that won't fit your Samsung fridge when you try to latch it. I don't know what year they changed the filter but I would double check. I had to order directly from Samsung as I don't know where they sell older filters.
