Cheap and functional, but lacks stability when the "stand" is extended. It won't hold its position without a keyboard resting on it, and yet it's very easy to get disturbed and knocked over when you're watching media or browsing in bed. The keyboard isn't fixed as it's not attached to the folio at all, so it almost floats freely. It has a rubberized base that tries to resist slipping well, but mostly fails. I haven't had any syncing issues with the 12.9-inch 2021 iPad Pro model. That's fine, but it might be worth spending the money on something more reliable. I'm sticking with it until I can't take it anymore as I've found that I hardly ever need a physical keyboard anyway.
