For the dash mount, I used a Ram Mount ball joint base (2) and a dual socket ram mount arm.

I was looking through 3 windshield suction cup mounts for my Garmin Montana 610 to use in my ranger and broke all 3. My neighbor had this mount for his Enduro and he told me he liked it so I ordered one. I've done 4 trips now and this mount is solid as a rock. I hooked it up to the ignition, so it turns on immediately after turning the key. I will never break a sweat thinking about recharging my GPS. When you turn off the ignition, 610 prompts you to turn off the power or stay on. Very nicely arranged.
