I started using the shampoo and conditioner combo at the same time, so I’m not sure which is responsible for which benefits. First, the smell is SO INCREDIBLE—floral and powdery is a nonoverwhelming way. I suppose it’s fruity too, probably. It’s. fantastic. And my curls have literally never looked better (and I’m the worst at taking care of my hair or even knowing HOW to care for my curls)! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If it’s helpful, my hair is mildly color treated, dry, and wavy/curly (no, I have no idea what my curl number or level or whatever is.)
