I took a risk and bought these five used doorstops. I mean how bad they can be. For half the price, the description says they may be without the original box. Well, that's what I got. Five loose doorstops in a box. But apparently it was the only thing "wrong" with them. No cracks or signs of wear. No indication they were ever used or even returned. I suspect the packaging may have been damaged but the corks were fine. I mean, these are really just rubber wedges. I got them to stop my chair from moving on a hard wooden floor. I pressed them under the frame piece front and back. Under the chair, out of sight and so far so good. Otherwise the chair would move every time I stood up or leaned back to recline. Usually closer to the wall. That meant I couldn't lean back, so I had to move it forward again. I'm probably putting more pressure on them than holding the door open, so I have to say they're pretty good doorstops!
