It broke during assembly
When I received this brush it was divided into two parts: one part was the handle and the other part was the nozzle. To assemble it, all you had to do was stick your head on the handle. Unfortunately, the piece of plastic that attaches the nozzle to the handle broke off during assembly, meaning the brush head is no longer holding up. I can't use it. apparently badly done.
