I like that it's easy to use, has all my passwords stored in one place along with other info such as who I am assigned to work with.
Also makes sharing links between employees very simple since they are saved in the system! Could be more intuitive - sometimes having to search for something you want takes longer than it should or is too hard to find what your looking for. This software was recommended to me by a co-worker so when we were out of office, she could still have access to our accounts without us being around which helped us keep things organized while away from each others desks.
