Arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, no tears or dirt. For my purposes, 2 dog lounger mats and a window seat cushion for dogs were perfect. For people buying something thicker, it will be too thin to be really comfortable. While the manufacturer calls it "high density," nothing is particularly dense or supportive (unlike the density of hiking mats' closed-cell foam, which is so dense it's almost unbreakable), it's more of a comfortably soft feel in light operating conditions . . Cuts very cleanly with scissors or your choice of knife with no small residue.
