I bought this watch refurbished or used. It arrived with a small scratch on the dial. Everything else is great. A little tricky at first, but I quickly learn its features. He seems to be correct in his statement. I've had it just one day and am very happy with its performance; let's see how durable it really is. Update: 8/13/21 Clock freezes and does not respond well to reboots. As this is a refurbished watch; maybe that's the problem. I used tech support and they helped me a lot. However, the clock often freezes and when it's not on my computer; I don't have a reliable watch. I may have to return for a replacement; or just buy a new watch. I have until November 1st to return etc.
