Cunning Lightning! in my opinion
Lightning is very finicky... even for adults. A 9-year-old is frustrated and cannot raise or lower her. Otherwise it would be a good jacket. Would have returned but would have missed the window.
- My sons keep it in their backpack for school. Good for rain.
