Stay Dry in Style: Jingle Bongala Lightweight Waterproof Raincoat with Hood for Boys and Girls Review

Bought two of these for each of my kids and they are really good! They fit well, are light, the liner is soft on the skin, they love them too. The main downside is that the zip is a bit flimsy/cheap and one of the jackets has already separated from the base. Kids get a little rough with zippers trying to get the hang of them and these jackets would be great if it wasn't for the broken zipper.

I have to admit that the jacket was so cute on my son. He only wore it for a few days before the zipper broke. I was careful with the zipper because I saw in reviews that it broke. When my 5 year old came home from school one day, I saw that the zipper broke when he tried to zip it up himself. I had to send it back and take it to UPS to get a refund.

The first time it rained my girls got wet because I believed the description of this product. Lightweight of course. Breathable, absolutely. Waterproof? Not nearly. Thanks for taking my $60! Wouldn't buy again.

I returned the first jacket as the bottom zip came loose. Walmart sent a replacement straight away and returning the defective jacket was easy. Unfortunately the second jacket had the same malfunction. Wouldn't recommend it.

Lightning is very finicky... even for adults. A 9-year-old is frustrated and cannot raise or lower her. Otherwise it would be a good jacket. Would have returned but would have missed the window.

Very good jacket! Soft and wrinkle free. My son wears it to school every day on chilly mornings and stuffs it in his backpack when he doesn't need it (note he doesn't fold it 😅) I take it home crumpled up but after hanging it up, it sort of straightens up and becomes wrinkle free and looks just as good. It's warm enough for Texas weather in the fall and spring. I recommend this jacket for every child

This coat will be returned immediately. No raincoat at all! At best, a thin windbreaker will absorb water rather than repel it.

This one has a t-shirt fabric lining on the inside, which is very neat - making it more comfortable to wear over short sleeves. A bit thin but the overall size is right.

Simple, clean design, but materials feel flimsy and cheap. Slim polyester body with thin, insulating lining. Not weatherproof.

Works great, bought for my daughter for summer camp and still uses it on rainy days. It has sufficient water resistance and looks stylish, so she likes to wear it when it rains. The size approached as expected.

The size is such that my son can wear a hoodie underneath if needed and it's perfect. His wrists are very thin, so the banded cuffs are a nice feature to keep his hands from getting lost in the sleeves. We had a very wet fall in the Midwest and this jacket held up great. His sister has the same purple and likes to look cute in it at school. The zippers are great, no complaints!

I bought this raincoat for my little one and one of the jackets had a zipper that came undone and he probably hasn't worn it more than 5 times. I fixed it, but after fixing it; It kept coming from the Pssst jacket. I hate it because I really like the jacket but now I have to buy another one.

I immediately hated this item for how cheap it felt and was made. It's like 2-ply thin sheets that tear easily. I'm already looking for another one, but now it's in reserve or in reserve for rainy days. Three stars because it seems like it can do what it's supposed to do, but I don't know, I hope I won't be disappointed in that area either.

This is a great jacket, very well made with great features, fits great and love the lining. My son loves it, no complaints. My son is 9 years old, thin, the jacket is soft, easy to fold and does not take up much space.

From the 1st day, the zipper on this raincoat does not work. It snags and doesn't stay buttoned under the zipper at all. I wish I could return it.

My son liked the jacket at first. It was worn about 3 times. When my husband helped him zip up today, the metal base of the zip detached from the material. Wouldn't buy again. Not well done.

I ordered this jacket to replace my child's jacket which was left with my aunt who was 3 hours away from me. It was the best option, buying a new jacket for 6 hours of driving, gas and time. Anyway I was surprised at how well aligned, not like in Colombia where only the body but not the hands. Although we didn't have a downpour, just light rain or fog, it worked.

The product is sewn poorly, the seams ripped and I thought it was too much or something when I pulled the thread then it happened. My son wears the second time since the purchase, but the second time this happens with a raincoat.
