HVAC bait and turn on
I ordered a gold Merv11 but didn't get the gold filters I've had in the past but these are white. Probably the cheaper Merv8 is mistakenly labeled as the more expensive one I paid for. The actual filters don't have labels to indicate what they actually are. There may be more expensive Merv13s that are also white, but I doubt it. I also ordered 4 packs in a different size. Gold filters received but only 3 packs not the 4 packs I paid for. I will not buy these again. Either terrible quality control or outright scam.
