The App was easy to integrate with our existing websites and it allowed us to easily create customised checkout flows for each of our products. We can now provide customers with a seamless checkout experience across all channels regardless of where they are in their buying journey. We have also been able to track customer journeys more accurately to ensure we are providing the right assistance at the right time. Nothing so far. We are looking forward to working with them even further to improve the overall user experience.
