I want to get out of bed and do things that .

Your product was "prescribed" to me by my doctor for gastrointestinal issues associated with cyclical vomiting. I was tired most days too. I've only had 1 minor GI episode since product launch and have had way more energy each day. I want to get up and do things that I didn't have before taking L-Carnitine.
