Review on ๐Ÿ’ช PF WaterWorks PF0990 Tank Brace Support - 1 inch by Kyle Wesener

Revainrating 1 out of 5

If you have gaps less than 1 inch, a pre-cut will be better for you.

Very misleading picture and inadequate description - but the only detail in the whole 'matching' part that screws onto the clip is the 1" piece - everything else you have to flip and use a tiny strip down the middle to fold it against the inside of the small screw that attaches to the clamp (after you remove the 1" adjuster) - and it's not a solid connection. You'll need the 1 -Remove the inch adjuster that leaves the screw attached to the clamp and then slip the other adjuster pieces into the tiny hole in the screw - then your barely attached knot (which you will need to hold with two hands because it will fall apart if not) - rocks when you slide between the wall and the cistern. The adjustment pieces are therefore only in the middle of a small screw that is attached to the clamp. All other adjusts iles have the same small protrusion and will stack into each other and cannot be screwed into anything solid. If you must have a tank that will loosen over time and wobble forward at least 1/16 inch, the folded parts will just fall off. Terrible design. If your gap is 1" - 1 1/4" or more - no need to worry - use a single piece that screws into the clamp, then force the other pieces together using a small Tab snaps on top of 1 inch piece and have a very strong connection. For me with a spacing of 3/4 - 7/8" - this setting is not entirely useless - works, albeit very wobbly. If I knew beforehand how poor the support would be at spacings below 1" - I would NEVER ORDER Terrible design (for small gaps) - buyers beware.
