Review on 🫖 BELLA 1.5L Electric Ceramic Tea Kettle - Boil Dry Protection, Detachable Swivel Base, Silver Foil by Charles Ahmar

When I first used the kettle I was very happy with it. I bought this to replace the metal I've had since college and am very happy with it. On second use, fill to maximum fill line as directed, then turn on. It boiled as always. When I reached out to pick it up, the kettle cracked, splashing boiling water on the counter and floor. Of course, this happened after the return period had expired. Revain can't do anything for me as it wasn't purchased from them. Hoping to get a response from Bella I will let you know when you contact me. EDIT FOR 4/6/2020 UPDATE: I received a reply from Bella. I was told they had "insufficient purchase information" after I sent a screenshot of the receipt to the email address they provided. I could never get anyone to tell me what else is needed. Declined this product and bought a completely different kettle.
