This is a replacement for an older recorder that I used for my personal recordings of my own compositions. I use two recorders to transfer an individual song on one recorder to a final disc on the second recorder. The end product is a disc with multiple songs that I have written. This can only be done once with CD-R discs. Additional copies have to be made on a cd duplicator. I'm sure that there are more ways to produce a cd, but this system has worked for me. You can use CD-RW discs as these can be recorded more than once, but RWs do not play on all machines.
