The best part is that it's an open source product which makes debugging very easy for myself as well my team members in future too! And also we can integrate with our existing tools such as Jenkins or any other CI tool easily without having additional plugins/add-ons installed separately! I have been working at this project since last 5 years now i am facing some issues but no one from operatas side has replied me so far!! Also pricing structure could be little bit higher than competitors like Teamcenter etc., But overall its good enough software if you are looking out for simple ticketing system then go ahead otherwise try something else may b better suited over here!
