These doorstops work but not sure if they will last. The supplied hardware can be disposed of immediately. Screws and dowels are rubbish. I used my own screws and anchors to hold the doorstops to the wall. The part that goes to the door is also a bit questionable. The edges are very sharp, so if you have young children who like to feel every surface they see, you can file the edges or even countersink them flush with the door. The magnetic integrity is very balanced. I have a spring loaded garage door and the doorstop can hold it open with no problem. Opening the door is also easy. Pull gently and the door opens smoothly. I recommend using screws to mount these doorstops to both the wall and the door. The tape is good but I don't think it will last very long. The screws are permanent and will last as long as the wall will last. Door stops can be placed at any angle on a wall or floor and work great as long as they are level. Aligning them correctly was the hardest part, but even that is easy if you use a pencil to mark the screw holes. The installation time was approx. 15 minutes for 3 doors.
