I'm sure this amazing little product will find many uses. We have 2 applications. I use it for home brewing and my wife uses it for her vegetable garden. DIY: I have a chest freezer that I converted into a fermenter. This is the best temperature controller I've ever used (okay, I've only used 2 others). This controller controls the freezer on the "cold" side of the outlet and the mini heater I have on the "warm" side of the outlet. I have found it to be able to keep the temperature (ambient or liquid) within 0.5 degrees. The settings are easy and only took about 2 minutes. It doesn't require much power when not powering devices. GARDENING: The woman has a greenhouse and installed one indoors to power her fans. It currently only uses the "cold" side of the device, but it seems to be working fine. This unit is greenhouse mounted so there is a lot of moisture inside until it rains and it has not failed because of it
