Review on Utocat by Andrew Gomez

I like that it is very easy to use, has many options available such as integration with other services (exchange). It's not free but there are great discounts if you sign up through their affiliate program or by referring your friends using an invite code from them! The UI could be better in some areas - sometimes when trying out different features they don't show correctly so can take time figuring things out until after logging back into my account again. We're solving problems of transparency within our organization at this point which we've never been able before due to lack thereof in previous systems used previously.
