I don't normally spend a lot of money on shoes but I needed a good pair that was comfortable to wear all day and durable so I bought these after several other cheap brands had let me down. If you're wearing dark jeans, beware that the dye will come off your shoes very easily and ruin them. I've also found that I have to clean them a lot more often than usual, otherwise in a couple of weeks they'll look like I just took them out of the bin. The bottom of the shoe is soft rubber which makes it a little more comfortable than your cheap $30 shoes I usually buy, but the soft rubber doesn't last as long, I had some deep marks on the sides and more wear and tear. than can be expected in less than 6 months. In the end I wasn't convinced by this shoe and I wouldn't recommend it, I ended up buying a pair of cowboy boots for the same price.
