Review on Zmoon by Romas Pennington

Unfortunately, despite the fact that I had high aspirations for Zmoon's online store, I did not have an experience that lived up to those hopes. Their customer service leaves a much to be desired, despite the fact that they have a large assortment of headlights, taillights, and other lighting accessories for vehicles. Even though it was marketed as being compatible with my vehicle, the product that I received did not fit, and it did not work as claimed. When I went out to their customer support team for assistance, the responses I received were unhelpful and condescending. It gave the impression that all they cared about was making a transaction and moving on, with no regard for the happiness of their customers. In addition to this, the product's quality did not meet expectations in any way. The lights were frail and gave off the impression that they had been built on the cheap. They did not hold up well over time. In general, I would advise anyone considering making a purchase from Zmoon to give it some serious consideration beforehand. Their collection may appear to be great; yet, both their customer service and the quality of their products are inadequate. Try your buying luck somewhere else; you might find it more enjoyable.
