This is my second Fiskars paper cutter and will be my last. I first used a guillotine trimmer which was great but didn't exactly cut. Then I bought this. Still some problems with the straight cut. I like guide marks on the board. I don't like that it ends at 6 inches, then you have to pull out the extension cord. I like to make 5 x 7 cards and most of the time I think of the 7 inch mark because there is no bottom ruler to line up with. The main reason I can't keep using this trimmer is the "bar". Although durable, it keeps popping out of the plastic mount. I don't know if it's meant to be or if it's broken, but it's definitely a design flaw. Now I'm looking for a trimmer with a larger base and better blade design.
