I just had to order another one. The black plastic cap tore again over the winter. This is the one spot where antifreeze isn't going when preparing for winter. The cover is a proprietary part and cannot be replaced with another and the only thing you can do is buy the entire unit again as the cover is not sold separately. So this is the third time we've had to replace it. I'm writing BBB as it's just wrong as the brass cap has been replaced with this thin piece of plastic. Next time it will be a new RV toilet and something other than the Dometic/Sealand brand. They have no customer support. The number given only informs you about repair stations for camper vans in your area. That says a lot about the company. I see a lot of recent reviews. I thought it was great when we first replaced it.
