safety devices received Tuesday 6 April, installed Wednesday 7 April noon; At the end of the day they were removed because my hammock was hanging way lower than it was. It was just my kids 6 and 4 in the hammock. To my surprise I found that 1 loop came loose, the second 1 was straight on the other protector and even the fabric of both protectors had holes. I contacted ZenMonkey today, April 8th, to see if I could get a refund. Something is wrong with this product: the material is very thin/cheap and the loops are not sewn on properly. The idea behind this product is great to protect the slackline, hammock etc. but it didn't work. UPDATE: ZenMonkey contacted me on April 8th and offered a refund and another pair of protectors. I'm getting a refund now.
