You can just use thin wire if you want to use a screw mount. Soldering or crimping works great.
Works great except the wire hole needs to be adjusted (offset) to get the wire to the screw and the plastic slides a bit easily I think. I ended up using a crimp on the wire instead of a screw and then put the plastic grips back on. It works great and the price is right.
