We were very happy to have this item for our hens and they have been using it but after a week my hen got her foot caught on the side rope. It was hanging upside down for several hours when my husband found it. She almost lost her leg and we almost lost her. I treated my leg for 2 days, I had to go to the vet with it. The vet said it was a muscle strain or nerve injury. Many prayers later she got up and started to walk. For safety reasons we have removed the swing and will no longer be using it.
