Clarification of misleading messages and a BIG endorsement of this product!

for the quality assurance and the misleading comments posted on this product. My husband gave me this spice grinder. Several people said that the spices were scattered all over the place and because of these comments he was reluctant to buy this particular one which I chose. Put simply, these people couldn't read the manuals. The high grinding cup is designed for coffee. Period. end of discussion. The short canister is for spice and the manual specifically says to put on a hard canister lid and then start grinding to prevent exactly what they claim. I tested it right away to make sure their claims were unfounded and everything worked perfectly! Not a peppercorn escaped, not a single sneeze, and as we all know, this is the ultimate test of pepper's acidity, lol. If you are considering this product, I HIGHLY recommend it! Its heavy build, loads of power as it ground about 1/2 cup of pepper in less than 30 seconds and I was thrilled to get 2 spice jars so you don't have to start washing like a neurotic hamster one a second Grind spice once you craft multiple varieties. This FAR is the best built grind I have ever seen. That definitely makes the KitchenAid name proud.

Pros

Cons
  • For a long time I had to put my 2 cents in
