Almost didn't make this purchase because of negative unfair reviews. Most people these days don't know anything about kite flying and this is their first. Then they blame the dragon for an inaccurate vision. Of course without building instructions, but pretty much self-explanatory. It's huge, 4ft wide, made from quality stoppers and fiberglass with velcro closures to prevent frame sections from getting lost. I took an incredible effort to launch it and it stayed in the air for over an hour before I rolled it up. The wind was 10-15 mph but started to gust up to 20 making it almost uncontrollable when you weigh 110 pounds. Fly a kite at 5 miles per hour. more like 10+. Don't drop your tail and then wonder why you can't get it up in the air. The tail is essential for stable flight. I swapped tails with my other dragon and both danced in perfect harmony. So if you don't have your own matching tail, I recommend cutting the supplied tail into three pieces vertically to increase wind resistance. The best kite I've ever had. Easy to fly, easy to launch, stays in flight until you roll it in, lights are very bright and stay on for the whole flight hour. Requires 2 CR2032 batteries which doesn't weigh it down. Lots of compliments on this amazing kite so much fun to fly. Please forgive the quality of the video if you watch the kite in flight.
