The product arrived folded in a plastic bag. It barely fits on my ironing board, but it seems to be hanging down the sides. I'm not sure if it's a cover or board issue. It was very wrinkled but the instructions said to iron. I did this and now it looks pretty decent, but I had to iron it a little, spray water a little and stretch it on the sides with a lot of effort to iron out the creases. It's still creased on the sides, but not as badly, and looks decent now. When it was taken out of the packaging it looked disgusting. Not only was it complex and crumpled, it looked like it was covered in a silver sheen. (Although I don't think it was glitter as it didn't peel off and got everywhere.) I think it was about the "silver plated" feature. These silver stains are not a problem and seem to have disappeared after smoothing. It took some time (and some strength) to iron the board, after that I didn't feel like ironing again that evening. What was really confusing was that even though the product was sealed in a plastic bag, the inside was dirty. . There were multiple colors of dirt, debris and stains on the white inside (but not outside). Obviously it's not a functionality issue for the items since everything is hidden within, but it definitely gets an asterisk. Working ironing board cover for a good price (hence the four stars), I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to work with this thing as it takes some work to set it up and I think they sent me a used case of one instead new.
