***Beware of cheaper imitations of this original design. Other spiked collars have sharp ends that cause unnecessary pain and potential injury to dogs! I'm all for generics and branded products but on this product Herm Sprenger can definitely be trusted! This was recommended by our dog trainer and works very well! *** The product description is accurate and it fits my dog perfectly. I can't believe how much easier it just got to walk her without pulling on the leash! This is a large chocolate lab (77lbs) and before I put the collar on to help her exercise I felt like my arm was being pulled out of joint! No longer! Gentle memories keep her by my side; If she does not pull on the leash, then there are no complaints. But if she sees a human, cat, other dog, bird, etc. and wants to run away, the blunt teeth remind her to stay close to me. It's worth the price for comfort, durability, and avoiding injury to my beloved pet while exercising!
