It's not a belt. for band

My daughter needed a dress for a school banquet. The dress she chose was beautiful but lacked glitter. I bought this ribbon thinking it was actually a belt to add some chic to the dress. It really added the right touch of chic, but now the problem is figuring out how to attach it to the dress. I can definitely think of something. So be careful, it's not a belt.
