Anyone expecting a hairdresser's head massage will be very disappointed. If I could try this product before buying it, I would never buy it. Really not worth the money, not even close. I wrote the above review and immediately received an email from Andy at Breo. He sincerely sympathized with my dissatisfaction with the device. He made an acceptable compromise offer, which I accepted. The purpose of my writing this supplement is to let everyone know that this company actually stands by their product, which is rare. The device works for most people, as evidenced by the positive reviews, but apparently there is a small part of people for whom it does not work. To have a company like Breo take responsibility strengthens my belief that there are responsible companies like Breo on the market that should be recognized and welcomed. Breo will probably suit you, but it's good to know that this company won't let you down. Five stars for customer service.
