I bought this soundbar adapter on my Jeep Wrangler because I was replacing the factory speakers with a Rockford 6.5" set as in pic 1 seeing the 6.5 not match the factory grille on the soundbar, then after a few tweaks to the adapter I was able to mount the 6.5 speaker perfectly and match it to the factory soundbar grille for a great result. I've also added some Hxtape foam to eliminate any possible noise or rattles and it's just perfect if you buy this be aware you may need to make some small cuts in the plastic to accommodate the speakers and vehicle, you're working on, that worked great for me!
