At first I hated this bag. The hand straps didn't seem right for the average person, but after using them a few times I found that the loops were designed for comfortably holding the bike handlebars. The bag is not big and not small, just right! It's the perfect size for a large wallet, bike pump, tube, keys, etc. However, I gave it a low rating because the bladder is complete rubbish. You have to be very careful when screwing the cap on the hydration reservoir as it is very easy to screw it on crookedly and then the water will come in and flow out in all directions. Also, the leadpipe popped out a couple of times until I zip tie the place where it attaches to the bladder and again there is water everywhere. The mouthpiece, which you pull to open, can be completely removed with little effort. So unfortunately I bought another bladder to replace it.
