My son only weighs 85 pounds and is 5ft 5in tall. The length fits perfectly as intended but the waist and tightness around my already skinny child was surprisingly tight on him. Technically it fits a 10-12 but its length I have to buy a size 14/16. Now with the color it looks lighter in the picture but it's a lot darker than that. I paired it with the Sonic the Hedgehog hoodie , which I chose to wear as his costume for Halloween, it fit almost perfectly. Well it isn't. For those looking at this product, it's closer to a shade or two darker. he is soft He looks strong. This is the lanyard for those who need it. I only gave three stars based on my experience, everyone is different.
