If I wasn't so picky I would have gotten five stars.

These Chicago screws are fine - good workmanship etc. The plastic case was cracked/broken on arrival so I made a new case. I wish the male studs were a bit longer - you don't have much headroom if your stock is a little thicker (3/4" is NOT equal to 18mm - DUH). On the other hand, female pins are a bit shorter, so 18mm screws are tight.

Pros

Strong and Easy to Tie: The Chicago finish of these buttons is very good for production as a heavy duty item. The finish is excellent, the screw heads are nicely chamfered (tapered), the slots are low profile and professional looking, and are easy to remove and install. You can add or remove as much paper as you want.
