Looks and works good - springs too long

I received this heat shield quickly and it installed fairly easily, but the springs are too long to connect the side clips together. It's a pretty tight fit so I may not need springs anyway, but I'll see if our local Home Depot has some smaller ones.You'll also notice a smell when it's first installed and heated up. I assume this will eventually go away.I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the springs.
