Zoeller pumps are the best. Indestructible. And that's a good thing, because that's how they have to be to compete in the Revain warehouse deals space. In stock sales the pump was "used - very good - item in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged." It wasn't just the packaging - the pump was slammed so hard that the 5/16" and 1/4" "-stainless steel shaft guard and the grip were completely bent and deformed, and the grip was completely unscrewed. Bought this pump to replace an identical pump whose seals failed after 20+ years. Can't complain about the longevity.
