I needed another air filter for another room, but one that was quiet. I decided to pick this up after reading some reviews and thought that it might meet my needs. It arrived and the packaging was fantastic, so I did not worry that the item would be damaged. Taking it out of the box I was expectant, but then I looked over the user guide. It was at that point that I became serious in order to wade through all the directions, some of which are less than clear. Upon plugging it in, I realized I did not do something correctly and revisited the user guide. After another five minutes, it was working as intended. It cleans and moves air very quickly. It does all this very quietly. Once it was going, I was thrilled with the results. I would suggest it to anyone.
