The Downfall of the COOKSMARK Website Lacking in Quality and Service to Customers

I decided to test out COOKSMARK's online store not too long ago, and I was very, very dissatisfied. The website was complicated to use, and the descriptions of the products offered were vague, so I wasn't sure what I was getting. When my shipment eventually arrived, I discovered the cookware was of low quality and the non-stick coating had already begun to peel. The handles of the cooking utensils also got dangerously hot to the touch. I contacted customer support, but they didn't get back to me. Products arrived dented and scratched due to insufficient wrapping and sluggish transportation. In conclusion, COOKSMARK's online shop did not meet my expectations, and I would not suggest it to anyone looking for superior cooking supplies. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for excellent cookware from a firm that places a premium on happy customers. The online shop from COOKSMARK just doesn't measure up in these regards.
