Bought this to complement my SCOOTER (electric NANROBOT) survival backpack. The description of the pump from the seller is pretty accurate. The pump tube gets hot. What you should know is that this thing is very powerful. I was taking it out of the box and fumbling with it when I accidentally started the pump (the instructions leave a lot to be desired). The case was LOUD! Almost fallen. BUT! I connected it to my scooter tire, adjusted the pressure and BOOM! it was there I also bought a bike trailer hoping to use it with my scooter. It has 22" wheels and tires (which were not inflated). I connected the pump, adjusted the pressure and BAM! They were puffed up. It's all for the packaging! I should mention that my scooter tire was over-inflated at 2psi due to the ample pump, but the larger volume tires that bike tires require were right on the nose. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. A NOTICE! Have never used it on a car tire! While the air filler hose on the small tire heats up, the pump does not heat up. It may be that with prolonged use, e.g. a car tyre, the pump itself is likely to become hot, which can affect its performance. The item worked well out of the box. If I had a car I would buy it and put it in the glove box!
