I like that they are reliable with my shipping needs! They ship within 24 hours of me asking for tracking information so there is no delay in getting an answer to any questions or concerns regarding shipments! The only thing about this service was their price - but everything else has been great!! No complaints at all from myself as far as services offered by them go. Shipping time frames can be very accurate also- which makes life easier sometimes if your shipment isn't moving along quickly enough (sometimes).
