No seller or support but good optics and specs

This camera has incredible daylight vision and I can capture crazy details from a very long distance. Night vision is also very good, although much of the space around me is illuminated by street and shop lights. Auto tracking works great at about 30 feet from the camera at about a 30 degree angle. It will amazingly follow someone with the zoom capabilities. It picks up movement and tracks objects in my lane most of the time. I believe this is because the camera algorithms have a harder time tracking close objects. The sound alarm only works when needed. It skips part of the message. No speaker/microphone included. Don't expect a full manual that explains all the features and settings. There are many things that remain unclear. You are on your own as the seller does not reply to emails. No one can be contacted for support. Google glasses and prior knowledge required. I connected it to my DVR/NVR system. There are no problems with that yet. It gives me the same control features as my other ONVIF cameras. Motion, PTZ control, etc. Definitely a good buy if you know how to set it up yourself. The included POE adapter works great! TO UPDATE! Some auto-tracking settings and images are lost when the device is turned off or restarted. Disappointing because that is the main feature. Then it doesn't accept any settings and works properly. Eventually I found out, but then again, you're on your own. The camera has its own opinion. Sometimes it won't return to its original position after tracking. Disappointing as you'll find him staring at the wall and needing a reboot. STILL CAN'T figure out why the sound should work great then it doesn't work at all. UPDATE #2: I've figured out most of my issues, but you really need to spend some time trying different things. The only issue I've had with either one is that it doesn't return to its original parked position on restart. It also turns off completely when it gets hot outside. This is random but definitely an overheating issue. Most likely due to the fact that the camera is specially built into the spotlight on the house and heat accumulates. This doesn't lead to frustration, so I fix it with a simple power off. All in all, if you can understand the cryptic instructions, have lots of X2 time and a lot of technical knowledge, this could be a great camera to consume all your free time πŸ˜‚
