It worked very well at first, but then one day it just stopped working. I just used distilled water as recommended and kept it clean. The warranty is only 3 months, which I would like to elaborate on. I contacted Betazooer, they just said I'm sorry the warranty has expired. We hope you buy another one! I do not think so. Also, I didn't notice much of a difference when using the control knob, I didn't notice any big changes in the output at all. There were no instructions although it was easy to understand. Overall I would not recommend. UPDATE: The seller sent out a new device even though it is no longer under warranty. Let's see how well the next one works and I'll update.
